Covering the UK and Ireland out of our offices in London, we are the UK branch of a major and dynamic Greek financial institution – Piraeus Bank S.A.
Established in 1999, we rapidly developed a range of products and services to provide to an ever–expanding customer base. Market conditions are dynamic so we are constantly reviewing the competitiveness of our product offerings, broadening their range and enhancing their terms. We employ locally educated and trained staff who have English as their working language and play the key liaison role between the branch and our existing and prospective customers.
We offer our customers a wide range of products and services while also serving as a link between the Piraeus Bank Group of companies and the very exciting and challenging London financial market.
We are also very active in lending to Greek residents for the purchase of property in London and to UK and Irish residents for the purchase of property in Bulgaria and Greece. Having lent to Greeks for the purchase of property in the UK for many years, we appreciate that our customers rely on us for more than just the mortgage they need to buy their property. We are therefore dedicated to making the process as smooth as possible in all the countries where we lend – service quality and customer satisfaction are the cornerstones of our philosophy.
We also offer an unparalleled personal service to High Net Worth individual customers through the Personal Banking department while the Overseas Mortgages team services the needs of individual customers and business introducers.
Complementing the range of mortgage products offered, our Treasury function offers highly competitive foreign exchange rates and related services while the Operations department ensures the timely and cost–effective transfer of funds.
