Our standard mortgage product is simple in terms and quick in process as it applies to resale or brand new, completed properties. If all the documents that relate to the property are readily available from the seller and your solicitor is responsive to our requirements, this transaction should not take any longer than two months to complete whether you are buying in Greece, or the UK.
Although our team of dedicated professionals will always be at hand to assist in the process, we also find that your own involvement and responsiveness is very important for the smooth outcome of the purchase transaction.
