Self–Build
Dealing with a number of professionals in the construction industry is a challenge for most people. Doing so in a foreign country and a different language, particularly if absent for part of the construction period, is particularly onerous and fraught with potential risks. However, some of our UK customers who have very particular requirements as well as the time and confidence necessary for this type of project need a product that enables them to buy a piece of land in their chosen Greek location and to build on it their dream home. Piraeus Bank UK enables them to do just this, usually by lending an agreed percentage for the initial purchase of the land and subsequently (on the basis of the plans, building license and budget) by making further advances to build in stages.
