Application Process
There are two steps in the application process for our overseas mortgages.
First we suggest that you find out if your circumstances meet our lending criteria. You can do this by either completing the information required in the Online Decision link or by completing our Overseas Mortgage Questionnaire.
Having established that you meet our lending criteria you’ll need to submit a Mortgage Application Form together with an application fee and identity documents.

Take advantage of our
Online Decision to access a short questionnaire on this website which will ask you for key details regarding your circumstances and will enable us to provide you with an agreement in principle within seconds. Provided you have the necessary information to hand, the online form takes a few minutes to complete.
If you would prefer not to apply for a decision online you can complete our paper-based Questionnaire. You can download or print this form; complete it and then send it to us by email, post or fax (click here for our contact details. We shall try to advise you of our decision within 48 hours of receipt.
If you have any difficulty or questions while you are completing the form, please contact a member of our team who will be happy to assist you.
At all times we shall be communicating with you, or your broker, to keep you informed of progress or any unexpected issues that may arise.
Application
Once we have confirmed that we are willing to provide a mortgage for you, you need to submit a full application to us. The ideal time to do this is two to three months before you need the funds from us.
We will send our Mortgage Application Form for you to complete and return, with our confirmation letter. Contact us for a copy, or, you can download the form by following this link.
