Off–Plan
We recognise that many of our customers view the purchase of their overseas property primarily as an investment with the expectation of achieving a gain by buying ‘Off–Plan’ so as to take advantage of beneficial pre–completion prices.
We are happy to adapt our standard products to facilitate this objective in the cases where the purchase of property is from a developer who is being financed by Piraeus Bank UK for the construction. By taking advantage of this option, you will not have to worry about other forms of interim financing. We will pay the developer in accordance with the agreed construction phase financing and will even allow you to pay interest only.
